A small step for mankind but a big one for Ragnhild

I managed to walk a few steps today WITHOUT my crutches! Wow, and it did not hurt. But I really moved like a snnnnnnnnnnnnnnail.

And then it hurt when I tried it again, damnit!

Anyway, went to a garden centre today with Hössi´s mum and there was a WHEELCHAIR at the entrance! I was delighted and "jumped" into it immediately. What a wonderful invention these weelchairs, I put my crutches across my lap and wheeled around and around the big store. great, just looking at the shelves and imagining how difficult it would be to grab something from the top shelf. People smiled and looked at me. I had decided to be a happy, charming handicapped person and it seemed to have a positive effect. People moved out of the way and were very helpful.

But then I needed to leave the store and the wheelchair had to stay for it´s next customer, buhuuu.

Now you know the pain I am feeling now with my right foot. I went back from Poland in wheeling chair.
There is no rest for heroes and now we are two in the same case. Good luck, I hope it won't be really serious. bye

yes, I went back in France in a wheelchair with Mastercard assistence. It was one month ago, now, I can walk again normally. My feet are still fragile but I think I'll be able to dance soon and to give my body to the music !

Shit! well, then we really are in the same boat! quite funny. which leg did you injure? I messed up my left leg. I can walk without crutches now. great! but very slowly. I am going to the doctor on monday so they can decide when they will operate in a new cruciate ligament in my poor knee. aaaargh...

Now it's my right leg, but six month ago it was my left one. So I have now reeducation for both of them but it seems to be less important than you. I wasn't operated, fiiiiiew ! I am phobiac about hospitals... I wish you good luck. Where will you be operated ? at Vopna in the slaughtering house ? or Akureyri ? Rvk maybe ?

I think I will get by without having an operation! yes, but I am still limping about and struggeling on the slippery ice here in iceland with my leg supported with a brace. oh dear. well, I hope I can still fly away to the sun in latin america soon. aaaahhhhhhhhhhh

Vardø er blitt kald, mørk, med storm frå nord. Kjempetrivs med slikt. Hakkar datagalskap og drøymer meg langt aust. Mongolia or bust! Sykkelen kjedar seg under snøen.
